Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee - YRG

About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand sales within a growing specialty coffee business . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee, café, or F&B sales , with proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing new business channels, and managing key client relationships. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships across retail and corporate segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities , including B2B, retail, and wholesale channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners . Drive sales of coffee products, beans, beverages, and related offerings . Explore and develop new revenue streams such as bulk sales, partnerships, and corporate accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the coffee and F&B industry. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements and contracts . Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and service delivery . Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of proven sales experience in coffee, specialty coffee, or F&B industry . Strong network within hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors in Saudi Arabia. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of coffee products, market trends, and customer preferences . Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
