Contract Litigation Associate

About the position

Contract Litigation Associate Attorney with 5+ years of relevant litigation experience for long term assignment. Ideal candidate will have substantive experience in the area of business and/or commercial litigation, with demonstrated ability to manage a caseload. Experience in business litigation and labor & employment would be helpful, but is not mandatory. Successful candidate will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical and advocacy skills, deposition experience, demonstrate leadership and initiative, and can assume significant responsibility immediately. Must be admitted in CA.
