Key Responsibilities Lead overhead transmission line engineering projects (69kV+) from concept through execution Serve as technical lead for PLS-CADD modeling, line routing, and transmission design Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects Perform and review structural design calculations (foundations, framing, loading) Collaborate across disciplines: permitting, procurement, and construction support Interface with utility clients and support proposals and business development Mentor and develop engineers in PLS-CADD and transmission design best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or related) 8–12+ years of transmission line design experience (69kV+) Advanced PLS-CADD expertise (REQUIRED) Strong knowledge of structural transmission design (steel, wood, composite, lattice towers) Proven engineering leadership and project management experience Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE license) strongly preferred Experience supporting EPC or engineering consulting projects Background working with utility clients Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans and long-term career growth Relocation assistance available (for qualified candidates) Hybrid/flexible work options (based on performance and project needs) Interview travel reimbursement provided Why Join Us?
