Key Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests in a timely and professional manner. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. - Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met. - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area. - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. - Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements - Proven experience as a Waiter in the food & beverage or hospitality sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Knowledge of food and beverage menus. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Valid Saudi Arabia work permit or transferable Iqama.
