Your main focus will be to understand each individual’s situation, provide the right support, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience. You will manage customer relationships, handle cases in internal systems, track and improve your performance, collaborate with teams, and help enhance the overall customer experience. 👤 Who we’re looking for We believe you: Speak and write Norwegian fluently, and have a good level of English Have some experience in customer-facing roles such as support or sales Have experience working in CRM or similar systems 🎁 What’s in it for you?
