About the position
HRSI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Sales – Chemicals for one of its Clients. The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing technical support within the chemical/textile sector. Key Responsibilities Conduct trials & provide technical support to the customers. Generate sales through customer relationship. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through regular visits, gather feedback for continuous improvement and taking corrective / preventive measures through liaison with relevant staff. Market analysis for products and competition. Work closely with Sr. Manager Sales for all field related activities. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Chemical Engineering, or Applied Chemistry. Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesPlace of work
