Clinical Director (or Sr. Clinical Director) BCBA Location: Fayetteville, NC Role Overview Clinical Director or Senior Clinical Director leading a clinic and overseeing BCBAs. This leadership role includes a partial caseload of 3 clients and supervision of 2 BCBAs, with a strong emphasis on clinical quality, work-life balance, and career growth.
