What the role will entail Build secure, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end components, aligned with coding standards and business requirements Develop services and features that integrate seamlessly with internal systems or third-party platforms Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and adherence to secure coding practices, as well as support defect resolution Participate in incident resolution, enhancements, and code refactoring to ensure system stability and performance Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms Protect applications from vulnerabilities What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar development role Solid hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python Proficiency in working with relational (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases Familiarity with Agile methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean code, optimization, and continuous improvement What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
