Customer Relationship Officer Taguig | On-site | Monday to Friday Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to strengthen client engagement and enhance overall customer experience within our retail/F&B operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building lasting relationships, resolving concerns, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback Monitor and improve customer experience across retail/F&B touchpoints Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with operations and store teams to ensure service standards are consistently met Gather customer insights and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and processes Support loyalty programs, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field At least 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or retail/F&B operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM tools is an advantage Key Competencies: Customer-centric approach Strong attention to detail Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Conflict resolution skills Positive and professional attitude
