Position Overview Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join a healthcare team in Las Cruces, New Mexico . In this role, you will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $74,000 to $100,000 annually based on experience and provides an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to expand their expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU environment. Required Qualifications Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (American Heart Association). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within six (6) months of hire.
