Process Engineer $800 (Dong Nai)

About the position

Process Engineer Location: Nhon Trach, Dong Nai Report to: Process Engineering Manager 1. Role Overview The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality composite products with maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 2. Key Responsibilities Process Development & Optimization Develop and improve manufacturing processes (quality, yield, cost) Monitor process performance (SPC, throughput, scrap reduction) Implement Lean / Six Sigma initiatives Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement Identify and resolve production issues on the shop floor Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions Support process improvement and cost reduction programs Documentation & Standards Prepare manufacturing documentation (WI, BOM, control plans) Ensure compliance with AS9100 / quality systems Maintain process configurations and ERP data Project & Cross-functional Support Execute DOE for data-driven decision making Support capital projects and engineering trials Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, Sales Safety & Compliance Ensure safe operation of processes and equipment Address environmental and safety concerns 3. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace preferred) Experience 0–3 years in manufacturing/process engineering (composites preferred) Technical Skills Knowledge of composite manufacturing (compression molding, layup, etc.) Familiar with SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma CAD tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks ERP systems (Navision or similar is a plus) Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Good documentation and reporting ability Time management & multitasking Language Fluent English + (Mandarin / Japanese / Spanish is a plus)
