We are seeking a dedicated Biology Teacher to join a high-achieving and collaborative Science department in Sheffield . The Role As a Biology Teacher, you will be a key part of a well-resourced Science faculty. You will deliver high-quality, practical-led lessons across KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to teach A-Level Biology for a candidate with strong subject specialism and a passion for post-16 education. Key Responsibilities: Practical Excellence: Designing and supervising safe, engaging lab experiments—from dissections to microscopy and biochemical testing. Curriculum Delivery: Teaching core biological concepts including cell biology, bioenergetics, inheritance, and the human circulatory system. STEM Integration: Collaborating with the wider Science team to promote cross-curricular links and careers in medicine, research, and conservation. Data-Driven Progress: Using regular assessment and feedback to ensure all students, including those with SEND or EAL, make outstanding progress toward their target grades. Why Join This School?
