We are now looking for a dynamic and positive Quality Assurance Analyst to join and strengthen our growing operations in Colombia . Key responsibilities Review and analyze the quality sample of the clients for whom it applies, to ascertain the accuracy with which the client qualifies Besedo. Maintain constant communication with your manager, team leader(s) of the assignment, Team Manager, Client Partner or Assignment Manager to report trends that may be impacting the results. Document the minutes with key trends and errors for socializing during monthly quality meetings. Participate in weekly meetings with clients to stay updated on rules and changes in processes. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Previous experience in Customer Service or QA roles. English Level B2–C1. Additional languages are a plus. High attention to detail. Fashion knowledge is a plus. Analytical thinking. Planning and organizing skills. Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment. Reliable and committed — commitment is one of our core values!
