Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach – Lifestyle Fitness UK Location: Avon Valley, Salsbury Turn your passion into a career with Lifestyle Fitness. We’re looking for ambitious, driven fitness professionals to join our team as a Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach. This role gives you the best of both worlds: the freedom to build your own successful PT business, combined with guaranteed paid hours as a Fitness Coach. What You’ll Do As a Personal Trainer (self-employed): · Build and grow your client base with the support of Lifestyle Fitness. · Deliver inspiring, safe and results-driven 1:1 and small group sessions. · Design tailored training plans and track progress. · Market your services in-club and online to attract and retain clients. · Keep up to date with fitness trends and CPD to enhance your offering. As a Fitness Coach (part-time employed 12 hours): · Engage with members on the gym floor, providing support, guidance and motivation. · Deliver engaging group classes and inductions. · Support new member onboarding, gym tours and membership queries. · Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment. · Be a key part of our club team, supporting retention and member experience. What We’re Looking For · Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (CIMSPA/REPs recognised). · Level 2 Gym Instructor as a minimum for the Fitness Coach element. · A people-person with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others. · Self-motivated, with the drive to build your PT business. · Professional, reliable and committed to high standards.
