The Role This is not just an Architecture leadership role — it’s a business-critical position at the intersection of technology, sales, and strategy . As Architecture Manager , you will lead a high-performance team and shape how Dedalus designs and delivers cloud-driven solutions across the region. You will act as a key bridge between technical excellence and commercial impact, ensuring that every solution is scalable, innovative, and aligned with real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performance team of Cloud Architects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365) Act as the strategic interface between Architecture and Sales leadership Ensure technical excellence and timely delivery of proposals Own and defend solution design in client-facing scenarios Deliver executive-level presentations and strategic reports Engage with key clients and participate in internal and external committees Strengthen relationships with technology partners Contribute to product strategy and commercial forecasting Build scalable processes for the Architecture function Drive team performance, feedback cycles, and career development plans Identify capability gaps and implement upskilling initiatives Support hiring and team structuring alongside HR Embed a consultative, value-driven approach into the team Define and track KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field Postgraduate studies are a plus Fluent English and advanced Spanish Strong experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Systems, and Data architecture Proven experience leading high-performance technical teams Strong business acumen and ability to translate commercial needs into technical solutions Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences Resilient, dynamic, and comfortable in high-growth environments Experience in strategic and operational management Data-driven mindset with KPI ownership Passion for people development and team building Nice to Have AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Microsoft certifications Experience in consulting, managed services, or system integrators Background in pre-sales or commercial-technical environments Compensation & Benefits Dedalus Prime offers a highly competitive compensation package aligned with the seniority and impact of the role, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program including health coverage, wellness initiatives, learning and certification support, and additional perks designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being.
