Associate Lead - Devops

About the position

Key Responsibilities Understand and adapt to ADL DevOps culture and best practices Take ownership of DevOps activities within assigned projects with guidance from senior leadership Support and coordinate with DevOps teams across multiple projects Contribute to CI/CD automation, pipeline implementation, and integration tasks Assist in optimizing DevOps practices through process improvements and adoption of new technologies Contribute to different stages of the SDLC as required Support sprint tracking, identify risks, and assist in mitigation planning Review tasks performed by team members to ensure quality and adherence to standards Assist in effort estimation and planning activities Contribute to designing CI/CD pipelines and deployment architectures Support system performance monitoring and optimization initiatives Collaborate with support teams to help achieve SLAs Participate in System Integration Testing Follow and promote DevSecOps practices within the team Person Specifications Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, IT, Systems/Networking, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in DevOps / Networking / IT / Telecommunication Experience with API GW, DevOps | AWS, DevOps | Jenkins Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members is an added advantage Good understanding of systems, networking, and software fundamentals Hands-on experience with UNIX-based operating systems Experience with scripting (Bash/Ansible/Python/Terraform) and familiarity with programming languages such as Java/Angular/React/PHP Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, Kubernetes, Docker, SCM tools) Familiarity with monitoring and log management tools (Prometheus, Grafana) Exposure to one or more cloud platforms Basic knowledge of DBMS management Understanding of system and network security concepts (DevSecOps) Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices Vendor submissions - 06 months
