Role Overview We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector to ensure the quality of products through thorough assessment and analysis using established procedural standards.This role operates with a high degree of independence and communicates primarily with the team via Microsoft Teams, with occasional on-site visits. The ideal candidate brings hands-on operational experience, and a focus on continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities Maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures; actively contribute to a zero-incident safety culture Perform inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigs Process associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material documents Record inspection and test data results and maintain them for retrieval Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9120 requirements Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) processes Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with the remote management team via Microsoft Teams; collaborate without direct on-site supervision Required Background Minimum two-year college degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Demonstrated record of good attendance, attention to detail, and commitment to safety Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand tolerancing limits; GD&T experience is a plus Ability to interpret Material Test Reports, Inspection Data Results, and Certificates of Conformance Experience using inspection tools: Calipers, Micrometers, Weight Scales, Optical CMM (Micro-Vu/Kalix), and Pi-Tape preferred Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability Able to work independently, identify problems, and communicate solutions to team members Ability to prioritize workload and interact effectively in a dynamic, remote-managed environment Ability to learn new inspection methods, techniques, and equipment programming Team player capable of working with cross-functional groups Compensation & Perks Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
