About the Role As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring a high-quality service experience while representing leading international brands. Requirements Dutch: C2 level English: B2 level or higher EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal Strong communication and problem-solving skills Availability to work rotating shifts (depending on the project) Salary Approximately €1,504.82 gross per month + Perf.
