Position: Category Development Manager Location: Taguig City Work Set-up: Fully Onsite Work Schedule: Day Shift Job Description: The Category Development Manager is responsible for the overall sub-category growth through strategic planning, P&L management, and innovation, ensuring strong cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment. Key Responsibilities: Define and drive the overall strategy and direction of the sub-category. Monitor and assess market trends and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in category growth. Partner with the channels team to gain BTL support. Oversee category P&L to optimize financial goals and resources. Develop business cases for new product launches and innovation opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with demonstrated expertise in category management or commercial strategy within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Solid foundation in the end-to-end category management and product development. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
