Responsibilities: Compile, organize, and maintain information and documentation for attorneys Respond to client and trustee requests in a timely and professional manner Archive, manage, and maintain email communications Scan, organize, and distribute mail to clients Prepare legal documents, including notices and reaffirmation agreements Assist with scheduling and managing a high volume of client appointments Ensure accuracy and organization of case-related information and files Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law is required. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in school (unless graduating by May) Strong interest in building a long-term career as a Legal Assistant.
