高级财务经理（柬埔寨） 工作地点：金边，柬埔寨 行业：制造业（户外用品 / 轻工制造） 汇报对象：当地工厂负责人 + 中国总部财务 用工类型：全职 公司简介 公司是一家在全球具有稳定业务布局的制造业集团，核心业务聚焦于户外休闲产品的研发、生产与销售，产品远销欧美及亚洲多个国家和地区。 集团在中国及东南亚多个国家设有生产基地，目前正持续推进海外产能布局与区域化运营。随着柬埔寨工厂规模的不断扩大，公司希望引入一位经验成熟的财务负责人，全面支持当地工厂的运营管理及财务体系建设，并加强与总部之间的协同与管控。 岗位职责 负责柬埔寨工厂整体财务管理工作，包括预算、核算、资金及成本管理 主导年度预算编制、滚动预测及财务分析，支持业务决策与经营优化 监督日常账务处理，确保财务报表（资产负债表、利润表等）的准确性与及时性 深入参与成本核算与费用管控，推动降本增效，提升工厂盈利能力 负责现金流管理及资金调配，提高资金使用效率 确保符合柬埔寨当地会计准则及税务法规要求（如VAT、企业所得税等） 对接外部审计、税务顾问及相关政府机构，确保合规运营 建立并优化内部控制流程，识别并防范财务风险 负责财务团队的搭建、管理与培养 与总部及各业务部门保持紧密沟通，支持工厂运营及战略落地 任职要求 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理或相关专业 8–12年财务相关经验，其中至少3–5年制造业或工厂财务管理经验 熟悉全盘账务处理、成本核算及工厂财务运作模式 有东南亚或海外工作经验者优先，具备跨文化沟通能力 熟悉柬埔寨或东南亚地区税务及合规要求者优先 具备团队管理经验，能够独立带领财务团队开展工作 具备较强的财务分析能力及业务理解能力，能够支持经营决策 能适应工厂环境及快节奏工作模式 语言要求： 中文流利（与总部沟通） 英文良好（工作沟通），会高棉语者优先 薪资福利 年薪约 KHR 266,500,000 – KHR 323,900,000（约 USD 65,000 – 79,000），具体根据候选人经验与综合能力而定。 Senior Finance Manager (Cambodia) Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia Industry: Manufacturing (Outdoor / Consumer Goods) Reporting Line: Factory General Manager & China Headquarters Hiring Type: Permanent Company Overview The company is a well-established global manufacturing group specializing in outdoor leisure products, with a strong presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. With multiple production bases across China and Southeast Asia, the organization is continuously expanding its regional manufacturing footprint. As the Cambodia factory continues to scale, the company is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee local financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and act as a key bridge between the factory and headquarters. Position Overview This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Cambodia factory, ensuring financial compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with headquarters. The position plays a critical role in financial planning, cost control, and business partnering within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead overall finance operations including budgeting, accounting, cash flow, and cost management Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (e.g. balance sheet, P&L) Conduct cost analysis and expense control to improve profitability at the factory level Manage cash flow and optimize fund allocation Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g. VAT, corporate income tax) Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities Establish and enhance internal control processes to mitigate financial risks Build, lead, and develop the local finance team Collaborate closely with factory operations and headquarters to support business and strategic initiatives Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in manufacturing or plant finance Solid experience in full-set accounting, cost control, and factory finance operations Experience in Southeast Asia or overseas environments is preferred Familiarity with Cambodia or regional tax and compliance requirements is a plus Proven team management experience Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills Able to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment Language Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin (for communication with headquarters) Good command of English; Khmer is a plus Compensation & Benefits Annual compensation ranges from approximately KHR 266,500,000 – KHR 323,900,000 ( USD 65,000 – 79,000), depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
