Travel Consultant (Danish-speaking C1+, English B2+) Location: Latvia Employment Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week) or Full-time (40 hrs/week) About the Role We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in the Lativa. You will assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and provide high-quality customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound travel inquiries in Danish Assist with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings Provide travel advice and customized itinerary planning Manage changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues Ensure excellent customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records in booking systems Requirements Danish language proficiency: C1 level or higher (required) English proficiency: B2 level or higher (required) Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and booking system knowledge What We Offer Flexible schedule: 20 or 40 hours per week Competitive salary International work environment Career development opportunities Modern office in Latvia (Remote)
