German Customer Service Representative (Remote – Portugal) Looking for a fully remote opportunity in Portugal ? We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team! Location: Remote (Portugal mainland) Position: German Customer Service What you will do: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide efficient and professional support while resolving issues Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality targets Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (rotational shifts), 2 days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day Requirements: German (C2 or native) & good English Based in Portugal (mainland) EU passport or valid work permit (no visa sponsorship) What we offer: Base salary: €1010 x14 months Complexity bonus: €140 x11 months Daily meal allowance Private health insurance If you're looking for a stable remote role with great benefits, this could be a great fit!
