Finance Transaction Services Associate Makati | On-site | Monday to Friday About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Finance Transaction Services Associate to support investment-related activities, with a focus on financial due diligence and transaction execution. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, deal-driven environments and want to deepen their exposure to corporate finance and private equity transactions. Key Responsibilities Perform financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities Analyze historical financial statements and assess key value drivers and risks Evaluate quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow trends Build and maintain financial models to support transaction analysis Assist in deal execution , including data room management and coordination with stakeholders Support the preparation of transaction reports, presentations, and investment materials Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle Conduct industry and company research to support investment decisions What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in: Transaction Services Corporate Finance Advisory Audit with exposure to due diligence or deal-related work Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles Experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or transaction support Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred but not required: Exposure to buy-side or sell-side transactions Experience working with data rooms and due diligence processes CPA is an advantage but not required Why Join Us Gain hands-on experience in live transactions and due diligence processes Develop strong technical and commercial finance skills Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced setting Clear pathway for growth into broader investment and corporate finance roles
