Dental Office Manager Fulltime Position: Dental Office Manager We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Office Manager for a reputable dental practice in the area. The opportunity is between Denton and Ft Worth. Job Summary: As the Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will be the primary point of contact for patients, staff, and vendors, and will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and professional office environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dental office management and possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management - Ensure that the office is fully staffed and all employees are trained and performing their duties effectively - Oversee patient scheduling and confirmations, ensuring that appointments are properly managed and the schedule runs smoothly - Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure that the office is well-stocked and running efficiently - Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the dentists to develop and implement office policies and procedures - Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing training and support to ensure a high level of performance and customer service - Manage the financial aspects of the office, including billing, insurance claims, and collections - Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information, financial data, and office statistics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve office operations and patient satisfaction Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong leadership and team-building abilities - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Dentrix dental software program. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package $ 38.00-$ 45.00 based on experience. - Professional development and training opportunities - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Opportunity to work with a highly skilled and dedicated team of professionals -Place of work
