Retail / Wholesale Manager Port Elizabeth / Uitenhage (Kariega) About the Role An established business is looking for a strong Retail / Wholesale Manager to take full responsibility for operations, sales performance, and team management across the PE/Uitenhage region. This role requires a hands-on, results-driven individual who can manage both retail and wholesale operations while driving growth and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day retail and wholesale operations Drive sales performance and revenue growth across the region Manage, motivate, and lead store and sales teams Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management Monitor stock levels, ordering, and overall inventory control Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and expand business Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards Report on sales performance and implement improvement strategies Minimum Requirements Proven experience in a retail and/or wholesale management role FMCG experience essential (Liquor, Food etc) Strong leadership and team management capability Valid driver's licence (essential) Ability to manage multiple operational areas effectively Strong understanding of sales, stock control, and customer engagement Key Competencies Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset Hands-on and proactive approach to management Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Remuneration & Benefits Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 per month Company vehicle Commission / performance incentives 50% medical aid contribution Ideal Candidate A go-getter who takes ownership and drives results Comfortable managing both retail and wholesale environments Career-focused and motivated to grow within the business Able to balance operational control with sales growth Apply If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on a high-impact management role, apply today.
