About the role We're looking for a driven and commercially sharp Category Development Manager who can take full ownership of a product category and drive real business growth. If you're someone who thrives on strategy, data, and execution—and has a track record of delivering results—this could be your next big move. What You'll Do: Lead the overall strategy and performance of an assigned product category Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Develop and execute category plans to drive sales and profitability Manage key levers such as pricing, promotions, and product assortment Lead end-to-end new product launches, from planning to execution Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet business targets Build and present recommendations to stakeholders to support category initiatives What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field Minimum of 5–8 years of experience within the FMCG industry With proven exposure to category development, trade marketing, or commercial strategy in a fast-paced environment.
