About the position

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, offline, and social platforms to drive awareness and lead generation. Campaign Management: End-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, including planning, tracking, and ROI reporting. Content Creation: Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media channels—including copywriting, photography, GIFs, short videos, stickers, and stories (live and designed). Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social accounts, engage with consumers, respond to inquiries and feedback, and promote company initiatives. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform value propositions. Event Management: Collaborate with Sales and Group Marketing to conceptualize and execute events—from proposals (objectives, timeline, budget, stakeholders) to on-ground coordination and post-event evaluation. Ad Hoc Projects: Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
