About the position

Position: Conversion & Retention Agent (Portuguese Speaking) Location: Limassol, Cyprus Are you fluent in Portuguese and passionate about customer service? We are seeking experienced Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Cyprus. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer retention. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to Portuguese-speaking customers to convert leads into sales. Provide excellent customer service in Portuguese to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively. Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese (both verbal and written) is essential. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
