About the position
As a German-speaking Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the forefront of transforming customer experiences for SquareTrade, a leader in global device protection. You'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their claims, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive journey. We invest in your success with a comprehensive 2-week induction training, followed by 2 weeks of practical on-the-job nesting, all conducted in-person to ensure you're fully prepared. Earn a one-time training completion bonus of 450 EUR gross upon successful completion of your initial training. Opportunity to earn a monthly productivity bonus of up to 200 EUR gross, based on achieving performance targets. A loyalty bonus of 450 EUR gross awaits you after 12 months of successful cooperation.
