Your daily focus will involve: Strategic Launchpad: Overseeing the technical configuration and strategic rollout of high-performance PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns for a diverse German portfolio. Brand Advocacy: Acting as an expert ambassador for a leading suite of ad products, tailoring sophisticated tools to meet specific business KPIs. Consultative Growth: Analyzing client objectives to provide bespoke marketing solutions that drive immediate impact and sustainable ROI. Revenue Optimization: Identifying opportunities for account expansion and upscaling to ensure clients maximize their budget efficiency. Data Stewardship: Maintaining a meticulous CRM database to ensure seamless communication and personalized service delivery. What You Bring to the Team We are seeking a proactive professional who combines analytical rigor with the "human touch" necessary to build high-level trust within the German market. Professional Background: Education: A University degree (BA/BS) is required; a Master's in Marketing or Communications is a significant advantage. Linguistic Mastery: Native-level or C2 fluency in both German and English is essential. Experience: At least 2 years in a sales, marketing, or client-facing role with a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets. Tech-Savvy: Comfort integrating AI tools into your workflow to derive insights and personalize client outreach. Regional Expertise (Germany): Cultural Fluency: Deep knowledge of German business etiquette and communication styles to build rapport with DACH stakeholders. Regulatory Insight: A solid grasp of local regulations, particularly GDPR and data privacy standards.
