THE PROJECT: REFUELING THE SALES PIPELINE You will work on a specialized initiative dedicated to helping businesses supercharge their outreach using premium prospecting tools. Your mission is to identify high-potential B2B leads, engage with key decision-makers, and demonstrate how our digital solutions can revolutionize their brand authority. Your Daily Impact: Lead Generation: Proactively scout and qualify new business opportunities within the Dutch-speaking sector. Strategic Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calls and craft personalized email sequences for C-level executives and business owners. Social Selling: Leverage advanced professional networking platforms to engage prospects and cultivate meaningful industry relationships. Discovery & Qualification: Conduct initial consultations to uncover client pain points, ensuring our premium services are a perfect fit. Pipeline Management: Expertly navigate your sales funnel and document all activities in the CRM for a seamless transition to the Account Executive team. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends in the Netherlands and Belgium to position our solutions with authority. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for a competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented individual who thrives on hitting targets and turning "no" into "yes." Linguistic Mastery: Native or C2-level fluency in Dutch with a minimum of B2 English . Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years in Sales , Business Development, or Telemarketing is mandatory . Tech Literacy: Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a deep understanding of professional social media ecosystems. Location: You must currently reside in Bulgaria or be ready to relocate there immediately. Sales Grit: A self-starter who manages their time effectively and remains motivated in a remote environment.
