THE MISSION: DESIGNING SEAMLESS ADVENTURES As the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clientele, you'll ensure every holiday goes off without a hitch. Comprehensive Support: Assist travelers via phone, email, and live chat with their hotel, flight, and car rental needs. Dynamic Problem Solving: Manage booking changes and cancellations with speed and a human touch. The Mediator: Act as the link between travelers and international hotels to settle complex issues and maintain top-tier service. Modern Tech: Master advanced booking software and databases to provide instant, precise travel data. Global Collaboration: Uphold excellence while working alongside a talented, multicultural team. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We care more about your attitude and passion for travel than a lengthy resume. If you're a natural "people person," you'll fit right in! Dutch Fluency: Native or C2 level (written and spoken). English Skills: A comfortable B2 level for training and team collaboration. Digital Literacy: You're at ease juggling various software and online tools. Wanderlust: You genuinely love the travel industry and helping others discover the world. No Experience?
