Tech Lead (Delphi, C++) Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Experience: 12–16 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to architect and develop high-performance applications. The role involves working on CAD/CAM and geometry-based systems , leading teams, and driving technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead development of C/C++ applications Design and maintain CAD/geometry-heavy systems Mentor and guide junior engineers Collaborate with product and business teams Ensure high-quality coding, reviews, and best practices Improve system performance and scalability Modernize legacy code and reduce technical debt Required Skills & Experience 12–16 years of experience in C/C++ development Experience in CAD software / 3D graphics / geometry-based systems Minimum 3+ years in Technical/Lead role Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, and debugging Experience with Firebird & SQL Server (mandatory) Experience working on Cloud VDI / OCI environments Strong experience in legacy code modernization Note: CAD/CAM, Geometry experience is mandatory Preferred Skills Experience with Delphi / RAD Studio Exposure to C#, ASP.NET / Web technologies Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines Experience in engineering-focused applications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
