Tech Lead (C++, C#) Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Experience: 12–16 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Job Overview We are hiring an experienced Tech Lead to design and develop high-performance software solutions. The role involves leading development, mentoring teams, and working on complex CAD/CAM and geometry-based systems . Key Responsibilities Lead design & development of C++/C# applications Work on CAD/geometry-heavy systems and engineering applications Mentor team members and ensure coding best practices Collaborate with product and business teams Drive code quality, performance, and system improvements Modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt Required Skills & Experience 12–16 years of experience in C++/C# development Experience in CAD software / 3D graphics / geometry-based systems 3+ years in Technical/Lead role Strong knowledge of OOP, data structures, debugging Strong SQL and database experience Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and DevOps tools Experience in legacy system modernization Note: CAD/CAM, Geometry experience is mandatory Preferred Skills Experience with Delphi / RAD Studio Exposure to ASP.NET / Web technologies Knowledge of engineering/manufacturing applications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
