Role: Entry Level Recruiter Job Type: OPT Opportunity | Remote | Volunteer (Unpaid) – F-1 OPT Shift: 1st Hours: Minimum 20+/week Location: US Based Program Overview BestLogic Staffing is continuing to grow, and as a result, we are offering a Volunteer OPT opportunity for a Recruiter. This role is designed to provide hands-on, practical training directly related to the candidate's field of study in business, sales, and recruiting. You will gain exposure to candidate placement recruiting within a real staffing environment. This is a structured, supervised role that supports actual business operations while building foundational skills for a career in staffing and recruiting. Learn More about BestLogic Staffing | About us | Our Culture | Team | OPT Program Key Responsibilities & Training Areas As a Recruiter, you will contribute to both candidate and client success by learning and supporting the full recruiting lifecycle: Candidate Sourcing & Screening Search, source, and identify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms Review resumes and support initial candidate screening Learn how to evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements Recruiting Process Support Assist with interview coordination and candidate communication Help maintain and update candidate pipelines and records Support resume formatting and candidate presentation Market Research & Best Practices Research market trends, talent availability, and industry practices Learn and apply recruiting strategies aligned with business goals Support compliance with internal recruiting processes and standards Relationship Management Assist in maintaining relationships with candidates and clients Support ongoing communication and follow-ups Learn how to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Training & Supervision Work under direct supervision of experienced team members Receive guidance, feedback, and structured training Gain real exposure to recruiting and sales workflows Participate in meaningful business activities aligned with company operations Who We Are Looking For Motivated individuals who want to contribute to a growing company Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Interest in recruiting, sales, or business development Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn Professional and ethical mindset Must be willing to learn, grow, and have fun in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Comfortable with communication, including phone calls and outreach Basic understanding of business or sales concepts (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Internet tools) Ability to work independently in a remote setting OPT Requirements (Important) Role must be directly related to your field of study Minimum 20+ hours per week required Must maintain valid F-1 OPT authorization Candidate is responsible for confirming eligibility with their DSO Compensation This is a Volunteer (Unpaid) OPT opportunity designed for training and practical experience. ------------------- Why BestLogic Staffing?
