Credit Management Specialist (Shared Services)

About the position

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite - Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services | FMCG Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality credit management services to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong customer service standards are consistently met. Review, evaluate, and approve credit limit recommendations, escalating complex or high-risk cases to management when necessary. Provide guidance on credit policies, risk assessment, and order release processes to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with internal controls, approval processes, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve issues, support operations, and meet service level expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Strong understanding of credit management, financial analysis, and risk assessment. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or complex cases.
