Requirements: Candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with privacy and data security litigation within a major law firm setting (experience will be current or very recent) ; Engagement with class actions & investigations ; Keen understanding of data privacy laws and regulations such as CCPA, HIPAA, and GDPR. Stellar academic credentials (Law Review and/or Moot Court accolades preferred) ; Strong drafting, research, and verbal & written communication skills required ; Washington State Bar. Day to Day Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Representing a diverse clientele with the full spectrum of privacy litigation, including technology companies, financial institutions, and healthcare organizations. Managing discovery for cases involving data breaches, regulatory violations, and privacy claims. Assisting in class actions. Participating in depositions and hearings, and developing case strategies. Guiding clients through government and internal investigations related to privacy issues.About the company
