About the position

Job Responsibilities Perform daily system administration tasks, manage change requests, and deliver advanced first-line support to resolve infrastructure-related issues. Maintain and optimize virtualized environments (VMware) while administering directory services such as Active Directory. Manage and troubleshoot hybrid environments, with a focus on Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows Server operating systems. Implement ITIL best practices to enhance Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes. Demonstrate technical leadership by guiding junior team members and taking ownership of complex escalations. Job Requirements Possess Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. At least 3 years of working experience in system support or a related technical role. Technical experience in following areas:VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi), High Availability, and Disaster Recovery, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, and DHCP Operating Systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server Service Management: ITIL Framework (Incident, Change, Problem Management) This role requires individual to clear CAT 1 due to the nature of the project.
