Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to help patients restore mobility, strength, balance, and function. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and strategies to maintain long-term wellness. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care . Maintain a safe and professional clinical environment while adhering to all regulatory and clinical standards.
