Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for Med/Surg and acute care patients. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to restore function, independence, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home exercises, and recovery strategies . Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program . Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification . Preferred Qualifications Experience in Acute Care, Med/Surg, Rehabilitation, or Outpatient therapy settings . Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop innovative therapy solutions.
