About the position

The Senior Manager – Finance Business Partnering (Indonesia) acts as the strategic finance leader for the Indonesian business, providing robust financial insight, partnering with country leadership, and driving strong business performance across the full value chain. This role ensures financial stewardship, delivers high-quality analysis, enhances visibility of underlying performance, and supports decision-making that maximizes shareholder value for the Indonesia portfolio. The position also translates business strategy into financial plans and ensures alignment with regional and group standards. This role is critical to guiding Indonesia's financial performance, shaping strategic decisions, and building a culture of disciplined financial management. Key Accountabilities Lead strategic finance partnering for Indonesia, translating business priorities into financial plans that drive value creation and long-term performance. Oversee full financial performance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), providing clear insights, variance analysis, and actions to improve results. Strengthen working capital performance by driving disciplined debtor, inventory, and capital management. Provide robust commercial and investment analysis to support bids, pricing, customer profitability, and strategic projects. Lead Indonesia's planning, budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning processes, ensuring alignment with regional and Group expectations. Ensure strong financial governance, accurate cost accounting, and full compliance with company policies, collaborating closely with SSCs and COEs. Build financial capability across the business by coaching stakeholders on systems, KPIs, and performance fundamentals. Influence and partner with cross-functional leaders across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, and HR, while leading and developing finance teams to uplift partnership maturity. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to shape financial strategy, influence senior leaders, and translate business priorities into actionable financial plans. Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with capability to assess pricing, bids, customer profitability, and investment decisions using structured models and tools. Proven strength in performance management, interpreting financial results across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital, and converting insights into corrective actions. Advanced capability in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modelling, particularly in complex or matrixed environments. Deep understanding of financial governance, cost structures, compliance frameworks, and controls, with ability to uplift standards and drive process discipline. Highly effective cross-functional partner, able to build trust and influence decisions across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR, and regional stakeholders. Strong people leadership, with demonstrated ability to coach finance talent, build organizational capability, and develop a culture of financial literacy and partnership maturity. Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Professional designation (CA, CPA, CMA) preferred
