Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop customized physical therapy treatment plans . Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program . Active or eligible Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) License . Current CPR/BLS Certification . Preferred Qualifications: Experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital settings .
