At The Door Talent , we are building something different: a modern, ambitious, and high-performance recruitment agency operating across key sectors. We are now looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter based in Ireland to join us remotely and play a key role in our expansion. The Role This is not a typical recruitment position. You will take full ownership of your desk, combining business development with candidate delivery , and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Building and developing your own client portfolio Managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end Generating new business and building long-term client relationships Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the process Developing your market within your chosen sector This role is approximately: 60% Business Development 40% Candidate Management and Delivery What We're Looking For 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment Experience in, or a strong interest in, business development Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong results-driven attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of your performance Native-level English What We Offer Self-employed contract (sole trader required) Stable, long-term role with consistent workload and support Base salary + uncapped commission structure Expected earnings between €2,000 – €6,000/month , depending on experience and performance 100% remote working from anywhere in Ireland Company laptop and phone provided Monday to Friday schedule Early finish on Fridays (2:00 PM) Full autonomy in your role You must already be, or be willing to become, a sole trader / self-employed contractor in Ireland .
