Content Moderator – Czech + English Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type: On-site Start Date: 30 April 2026 Shifts (24/7 Operation): 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 2 rotating days off per week About the Role Join our Content Moderation team in Lisbon and help keep one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms safe and trustworthy. You will review, classify, and moderate user-generated content while applying high attention to detail and sound judgment. If you are fluent in Czech and English, have a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you. What You Will Do Review and moderate content according to internal guidelines Maintain high accuracy while making consistent and rational decisions Detect and escalate sensitive or high-risk issues Handle increased workloads during peak e-commerce seasons Ensure a safe and positive experience for users, sellers, and customers Communicate effectively in both Czech and English What You Bring Strong moderation and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication in Czech + English Understanding of e-commerce environments Ability to handle fast-paced queues and seasonal volume spikes Customer-oriented mindset with empathy Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in shifts Compensation Base salary: 920€ (x14 months) Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day Monthly allowance: 45€ (x11 months) Welcome Bonus for Czech speakers: 1500€ (paid in 12 monthly installments during year 1) Benefits Health insurance: – Available from day 1 with small monthly contribution – Fully free after 6 months of employment Stable on-site role in Lisbon Multicultural and supportive team environment Relocation Support For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (details provided during interview) Flight not included For candidates relocating within Portugal: Relocation support offered only for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordics, Dutch)
