Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: 30 April 2026 Work Model: On-site Schedule: 24/7 operation with rotating shifts 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 2 rotating days off per week About the Role We are looking for a Polish-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help keep a major global e-commerce platform safe, accurate, and user-friendly. You will review and moderate content submitted by users, ensuring that it meets internal policies and quality standards. What You Will Do Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content Apply internal policies while making consistent, rational decisions Identify and escalate potential risks or sensitive issues Manage increased workload during peak promotional periods Maintain strong communication in both Polish and English Ensure a safe and positive user experience What You Bring Strong content moderation and decision‑making skills Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish + English Good understanding of e-commerce environments Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced tasks Customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism Accuracy, reliability, and comfort working in rotating shifts Compensation Base salary: 920€ (per 14 months) Monthly allowance: 45€ (per 11 months) Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day Welcome Bonus for Polish speakers: 1000€ – Paid in 12 equal installments during the first year Benefits Health Insurance: – Available from Day 1 with a small monthly contribution – Fully free after 6 months of contract Supportive, multicultural work environment Stable long‑term opportunity in Lisbon Relocation Support For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months Details discussed during the interview Flight not included
