The Role: Driving Global Logistics As a cornerstone of our support team, you will move beyond basic scripts to provide technical insights and personalized care for professional transport companies and dealerships. Hybrid Workflow: Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with 3 days of remote work and 2 days on-site at our modern Ghent office. Professional Representation: Manage inquiries via phone, email, and digital tools, upholding a reputation for safety and reliability. Strategic Problem-Solving: Investigate the "why" behind logistics or service concerns to deliver tailored, effective resolutions for commercial clients. Global Coordination: Partner with sales, logistics, and technical teams to streamline complex workflows and maintain accurate CRM records. Industry Growth: Stay ahead of the curve with continuous training on the latest heavy-duty vehicle technology and fleet management services. Note: Previous industry experience is a plus, but not required. We provide fully paid, in-depth training to ensure your success in the transport sector.
