Location: Cavite Work Setup: Onsite Schedule: Dayshift Role Overview The Mall Manager will oversee all aspects of mall operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. This role is responsible for executing strategies that drive sales, increase foot traffic, and maintain high operational and service standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mall or retail management, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of mall operations, tenant management, and facilities management. Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational planning. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily mall operations, including facilities, security, housekeeping, and customer service. Develop and implement strategies to boost mall performance, foot traffic, and tenant sales. Maintain strong relationships with tenants, address concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies. Manage financial performance, budget planning, and expense control to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operations teams to execute events and promotional initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements. Lead and guide mall operations teams to deliver efficient and effective service. Prepare reports on operational performance and provide insights to senior management.
