Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols. Ensure patient safety and comfort during all treatment procedures. Collaborate closely with oncologists, dosimetrists, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to optimize patient care. Operate and maintain state-of-the-art radiation therapy equipment, including linear accelerators and imaging systems. Accurately document treatment plans, patient progress, and equipment performance. Educate patients and families about treatment procedures, side effects, and post-treatment care. Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and professional guidelines. Qualifications: Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field from an accredited program. Active certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT or equivalent). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a patient-centered care approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to support patients during challenging treatments.
