Key Responsibilities: As a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse , your daily responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional patient care in a Med Surg unit , prioritizing safety and well-being Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions accurately and efficiently Administering medications, treatments, and procedures safely and according to protocol Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Educating patients and families about treatment plans, recovery goals, and discharge instructions Responding effectively to patient emergencies and changes in condition Required Qualifications: Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification Willingness to obtain ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within 6 months of hire Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as a Med Surg RN Previous nursing experience in hospital or acute care settings Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities Why Work With Us?
